Format of play - 18-hole Stableford. Three-Ball Alliance; Best two scores to count on each hole. Tee times to start from 08.30am with a two tee start from Holes 1 and 10.

• Entries are limited to 24 teams.
• Entry fee £85.00 per player.
• Please note, we do not accept AMEX
• Entry includes Tea or Coffee on arrival with a two-course buffet lunch after play. 
  • Please change for lunch, which will be served in the upstairs dining room.
• The Halfway House will be open from 10.00 until 13.00 serving complimentary drinks and snacks.
• Maximum handicap index of 23.1 (playing handicap of 30)
• All other entries are at the discretion of C. J. White, the General Manager.
• Closing date for entries is Monday 8th June 2026.
• Practice rounds are available on Sunday 5th July from 15.00 at a rate of £50 per person. If you would like to book a practice round, please do contact the Office team on 01485 532811.
• Prizes and presentation, which will commence at approximately 15.00.

This event is on a first come, first served basis and in the event of an unsuccessful entry, you will receive a full refund.

All entries shall be subject to the approval of the Competitions Committee, which reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel an entry without giving reason for its decision. The Committee’s decision shall be final. In such cases, any entry fees paid, will also be refunded.

Conditions of competition
Competitors should register on arrival in the Golf Room.
For the avoidance of doubt, Hunstanton Golf Club does not recognise iGolf handicaps under any circumstances.
Competitors will be elected Honorary members of the Club for the 6th July only.
The use of buggies is only permited for those with a medical certificate.
Slow play is unacceptable and the Committee may impose penalties. We expect pace of play to take no longer than 3 hours and 15 minutes.
